We do not accept returns on our roasted coffees. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your coffee, please contact us at hello@anagramcoffee.co.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on all other products that are not marked final sale and are subject to conditions.

Returns and exchange must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible. We strive to ensure quality and accuracy for all products sold at Anagram.

If for any reason you believe that the product is defective upon arrival, does not correctly match the product description, or that you've simply changed your mind, please contact us at hello@anagramcoffee.co to request a return.

Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
