How does delivery work? You guys only ship once a month?

Correct - our coffees are only shipped once a month at the moment, but this may change. The way we work is that we are designing a new coffee each month, meaning no two months will ever be the same. Therefore, we currently have just one set consistent shipment date each month - meaning we also have a set order cut off date for each month. The reason for this is because we will only be roasting the number of batches we receive in orders each month. This keeps our waste and costs low as a small bootstrapped business.

Home brewing gear and mugs are shipped within 1-3 business days. 

How will I know what coffee is coming next?

Great question! We will be releasing a blog each month when we are designing the coffee - this will give you an idea of what types of feelings and emotions we're going after while creating this coffee. You'll also get the lowdown on the beans we'll be using. At the moment, we have not posted our first blog yet for our first shipment as we are currently in the process of designing our coffee in anticipation of getting everyone their coffee before the holidays. A bit of a time crunch but we will get ahead on the next one.
